Dr. Freddy Sosa joined Boston Medical Group with over 50 years of medical experience and expertise. Raised in the Dominican Republic, he completed medical school from the University of Santo Domingo.
Dr. Sosa also served as a full-time instructor and Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine, Gastroenterology at Wayne State University, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Sosa has had several published pieces for multiple publications. Throughout the span of his career he is recognized for various awards and honors including Senior Honorary Vice Consul of the Dominican Republic and a recipient of the Blue Cross, Blue Shield Progressive Technology Award.
